Thursday 4:30-5:30Friday 4:30-5:30
Classes typically begin with an active stretch and warmup moving into a combination of basic footwork, beginner partner drills and full body circuit style workouts. This class will touch on boxing basics while introducing defensive reflexes, physical strength and mobility. New techniques and skills are introduced as students progress based on individual needs.
Youth boxing classes are a great way to promote physical activity while incorporating social skills and body awareness. Youth boxing not only teaches self defense but also self discipline in a fun, exciting way while putting extra focus on hand eye coordination and agility.
Both adult and youth boxing classes will incorporate bag work, partner drills, agility drills, shadow boxing, cardio calisthenics and many other forms of conditioning to ensure a total body workout.

Tuesday 4:00-5:00 and 5:00-6:00
Wednesday 4:30-5:30
Friday 4:30-5:30Our kids classes are geared towards all levels and will cover proper punching and kicking technique, balance and footwork. Combination drills and simulations are practiced using pad work with partners and heavy bags as well. Because Muay Thai requires strength and conditioning, a portion of the class is dedicated to just that, to boost our physical fitness and stamina. Games and fun included as well!
No experience is required - though the more experienced member will work in more advanced training. Sparring is NOT a requirement for anyone at any level and is reserved for those members interested and adequately prepared and approved by coaches and parents.
Yellow Muay Thai shorts are provided at sign up and are used to show ranking within in the class. Members will test for the next level and upon passing will receive the appropriate color shorts for that ranking. The color system is as follows: yellow to blue to red to black.
Kids classes start at age 6 up to 12 or 13.

This is a fun class reserved for women only! Though the class is “Muay Thai-inspired”, it focuses more on cardio and strength rather than Muay Thai technique. This is a fun, upbeat and friendly, calorie and fat burning class that will leave you totally energized and wondering how 45 minutes has passed!
